How It's Grown (The "Shmorganic" Way)
The beans from the Mexico Unión Ramal Santa Cruz and Cooperativa de Producción Tzeltal‑Tzotzil grow the way nature intended. Picture lush coffee plants lounging beneath native shade trees, sharing the forest floor with birds, bugs, and all of nature's good vibes. We keep the soil feasting on homemade compost and treat water like the precious resource it is.
Our beans are grown on a regenerative family farm using completely sustainable methods—no synthetic pesticides and no GMOs. These techniques, like using homemade compost and rotating crops, naturally restore soil health and promote biodiversity."
And while the farm is certified, our roasting facility isn’t (yet). So we’re not legally allowed to say our coffee is that thing that rhymes with shmorganic.
